The Australian First Responder Foundation (AFRF) have secured a venue for the First Responder Emergency Services Health Education Retreat (FRESHER).

This next FRESHER course will be held on November 4-6, 2022.

The retreats are based on peer support and education and will provide emergency first responders the opportunity to reconnect, reframe and reset. If you would like to be considered, or you know a peer who would benefit from attending this retreat (at no cost), then click on a button to find out more, or to jump in now and apply to attend, or simply register your interest for a future FRESHER if you cannot make the advertised date.

You might also like to Join the AFRF and share in the news and work of the AFRF. You can join by filling in the membership form on this page.

If you would like to “pay it forward” and make a donation to help support other emergency first responders to attend, please donate via the “Donate” button on this page.

We would like to thank all of our supporters who have generously donated money so far so that we can offer these retreats for free. We rely on donations so please consider donating so that we can continue to look after those who look after our communities.
